My goodness, this was a huge hit. My daughter licked the pan clean. My spouse said she couldn’t have any more bc he was eating the rest of the tray. We made the first version, using Lily’s chips and I added a tbsp of beef gelatin. Cinnamon on top instead of shaved chocolate. Yeah, the pieces didn’t come out pretty right away, but why waste time with perfect slice technique when you can lick the plate clean instead?

I don’t think liquid sweeteners like honey, agave, or maple syrup would work, because they’d add extra liquid and would require consistency adjustments for the other ingredients. (You can try, I’m just not sure about the results.)

I now weigh 149 lbs. and I hope to be at 130-135 lbs. by sometime in July then say there. This diet if you follow it right you will be healthy and many pounds lighter its the carbs that we over eat that pack on the pounds. Just check out the low carb sites they will guide you I say at below 50 carbs a day if you eat the right foods meat,oils, veggies and fruit you will not be hungry one other thing eat only when hungry. It seemed too good to be true as it was so easy to bake without using sugar. Pure monk fruit which is very sweet without an aftertaste is just a powder and doesn’t have the benefits of bulk or granulation needed in baking. If anyone finds something great without erythritol, let us know.

Firstly read the “How to start” page which will cover how to start slowly and give up the most obvious places of sugar first, then cut back on all carbs such as bread, pasta, rice, starchy vegetables etc. You must also cut back on all seed oils such as canola, sunflower, margarine, spreads etc. These cause inflammation. Go back to healthy fats such as olive oil, butter, coconut oil, etc. Take a look at the lists on the page. To make your own meal plan, take a look at all my breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes.
